Amama Mbabazi

Patrick Amama Mbabazi is a senior Ugandan lawyer and politician. He is the current Prime Minister of Uganda, a position he has held since 24 May 2011. He was born on 16 January 1949 in Mparo village, Rukiga County, in present-day Kabale District.

Edward Ssekandi

Edward Kiwanuka Ssekandi born January 19th 1943 to Mr. Alex Kiwanuka and Mrs. Virgo Kiwanuka of Bulegeya is the 13th Vice President of the Republic of Uganda. Edward Ssekandi, an old boy of St. Mary’s College Kisubi holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of East Africa in Dar es Salaam. He is also a diploma holder of legal practice from the Law Development Centre, Kampala.

Specioza Kazibwe

Specioza Naigaga Wandira Kazibwe, is a Ugandan surgeon and politician. She is also referred to as "Nnalongo", because of her twin daughters. She was Vice President of Uganda from 1994 to 2003. She was the first woman in Africa to hold the position of vice-president of a sovereign nation.

Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga is a Ugandan lawyer and politician who has been Speaker of the Parliament of Uganda since 19 May 2011.
